This safari is held for one day in Mikumi National Park, which is in the southern region of Tanzania.
Safari Description Of The Safari
The 1 day Mikumi National Park safari will begin with a guide picking you up from a hotel in Dar es Salaam, and you will be transferred to Mikumi National Park. The journey will take about 4 hours to get there. You will arrive and be briefed by the park wardens. With the company of an armed ranger guide, you will go for a game drive that will be conducted in the late hours of the morning. You will spot various animal species, and then you will have a short break for lunch.
You will then proceed in the afternoon at around 2 pm with an afternoon game drive. You will see animals like the wildebeests, lions, zebras, leopards, buffaloes, hippos and many more. You will conduct this game drive in the Mkata plains for about 3 to 4 hours. In the evening, at around 6 pm, you will conclude the game drive, and then you will be transferred back to a hotel in Dar es Salaam. The guide will then leave you at the hotel, and that will be the end of the 1 day Mikumi Park Safari
