6 days Serengeti safari

The 6 days Serengeti safari is an exceptional Tanzania safari that takes you to the famous Serengeti National Park. The park is known for its year-round migration of over 1.5 million white-bearded wildebeest, over 2,500 zebras, over 2,500 lions, Nile crocodiles and antelopes, which makes it a wonderful Tanzanian tourism experience. The Serengeti’s name is an approximation of the word used by the Maasai to describe the area, Siringet, which means the “place where the land runs on forever”. 

Day 1: Arrival.

Upon arrival, on the first day of the safari, your safari guide, our company representative, will welcome you and then brief you about the safari. Later, you will be transferred to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay. 

Day 2: Transfer to Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, you will check out of your hotel and then start on your journey to Serengeti National Park with your packed lunch. Along the way, you will enjoy the spectacular views of the beautiful landscape. Upon arrival, you will enjoy en route game viewing until you reach your lodge and then check in for dinner, relaxation and an overnight stay. 

Day 3: Game drive and visit the hippo pool in Serengeti National Park.

After breakfast, with your packed lunch, you will meet your safari guide and then go to Serengeti National Park for a full day in the vast plains of the park to see the early risers during the morning game drive.

After the morning game drive, you will enjoy your packed lunch and later visit the hippo pool, which is a watering hole fed by the Seronera River; it’s located towards the northwest border of this park, though it has a strong, unpleasant odour. You will have amazing sightings during your visit. After driving to your lodge for dinner, relaxation and an overnight stay. 

Day 4: Game drive in Serengeti National Park and drive back to Arusha.

Get up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, you will check out from your lodge with your packed lunch and then transfer to the park for a morning game drive to see many incredible animal species like lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, rhinos, antelopes, waterbucks, jackals and many more. After the experience, you will drive and then transfer to Arusha. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for dinner, relaxation and overnight stay. 

Day 5: Game drive in Arusha National Park and city tour.

After breakfast, you will enjoy the game viewing in Arusha National Park near Arusha, which offers you a massive safari experience; later, you will enjoy your lunch. After lunch, you will experience a city tour to visit many attractions and get to interact with the local people around the area. After the drive back to your hotel for dinner, relaxation and an overnight stay. 

Day 6: Departure.

On the final day of the safari, check out from your hotel and then be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight back home, which will bring your safari to an end.
