Detailed Itinerary
This Tanzania safari will start very early in the morning with a pickup at a hotel in Mwanza. You will travel to Serengeti National Park, and the drive to Ndabaka Gate takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. Upon arrival at the gate, you will complete park entry formalities before continuing into the park. Wildlife sightings often start right from the entrance, making the journey exciting from the very first moment. You may spot lions resting under acacia trees, elephants moving gracefully across the plains, and large herds of zebras and wildebeests grazing freely.
Around midday, you will stop at a designated picnic site within the park to enjoy your packed lunch. After lunch, you will continue with more game viewing, with opportunities to see cheetahs, hyenas, hippos and many more. In the late afternoon, you will begin your drive back to Mwanza, exiting the park through Ndabaka Gate.
